🔧 Extra Weekly Services Available available for additional fee
- Storm Cleanup / Extra Visits / Winterizing
For properties with heavy debris, high swim usage, or vacation rentals, we may recommend twice-weekly service. One-time cleans are also available. Contact us for availability and pricing.
- Minor Repairs (Under $75)
Small repairs will be completed automatically to avoid delays that can compromise pool safety or functionality.
Includes:
- O-rings
- Chlorine floaters
- Water levelers
- Replacement lids & baskets
- Minor vacuum repairs
(Any repair over $75 or requiring labor will require authorization.)
- Service Calls / Diagnostic Visits
If an issue arises outside of regular service, we may dispatch a technician.
- $100 service call/trip fee applies
- Fee is applied toward total repair cost
- If you decline the repair, the $100 fee still applies
💲 Pricing & Billing
- Billed Monthly (based on 4 weeks per month)
If a month has 5 weeks, an additional weekly charge will be added.
- Invoices sent at the end of each month via email with a payment link.
- Required: ACH or Credit Card on File
Payments not made within 3 business days will incur a $10/day late fee.
- Credit Card Fee: 3% processing fee applies.
💡 Avoid this fee by setting up ACH payments.
- Auto-pay setup will be available after your first month of service.
🛠️ Preventative Maintenance
- Quarterly Filter Cleanings
Includes complete cleaning of sand, DE, or cartridge filters

🔧 Larger Repairs
We’ll notify you of any issues that affect pool performance. Quick approval is appreciated to avoid prolonged service problems.
If repairs are delayed too long, service pricing may change or be suspended until addressed.
🔒 Gate Access & Pets
- Locked Gates:
We prefer combination locks or for gates to be left unlocked on your scheduled service day. If we are unable to access your yard due to a locked gate or aggressive pets, a trip fee may apply to cover labor costs.
- Pets:
We love friendly animals and enjoy meeting many of our customers' pets. However, for the safety of our team and your pets:
- Please advise Revitalize Pool Care (RPC) in advance if your dog is aggressive.
- Pets should be kept indoors or away from the pool service area during scheduled visits.
- If your pet prevents us from safely accessing the pool area, service may be skipped and still charged.
- If your pet bites or injures one of our technicians, we reserve the right to bill the pet owner for any resulting medical expenses.
We always send a text message to the phone numbers we have on file before arriving.

✈️ Vacation Policy
Since we charge a flat monthly rate, we balance 5-week months by scheduling 4 planned skip weeks per year (March, June, September, December).
If you'd like service during a skip week, contact us for availability and rates.
⛺ Covers
We do not remove or replace pool covers.
We will remove spa covers if small and manageable.
If a pool cover is in place during your scheduled service, we’ll complete a chemical and basket check only.
💧 Water Level
Technicians cannot turn on hoses unless an automatic shut-off valve is installed and functioning.
Low water levels can damage equipment and prevent cleaning. If this occurs:
- We may shut off pool equipment
- Notify you immediately
- Full service may not be completed
- Additional trip fees may apply if a return visit is needed
❌ Service Cancellation
You can cancel service at any time by call, text, or email.
We can stop service immediately or on a specified date.
We also reserve the right to cancel service if it’s not a good fit.
🚫 Verbal Abuse or Harassment
We do not tolerate any form of verbal abuse or harassment.
Our team will stop contact immediately in such situations.
We strive to resolve all concerns respectfully and professionally.
